For some motorcycle riders, long hours on the back of a bike can be too much. Some baby boomers are not as spry as they used to be, making a motorcycle a challenge to ride. For those bikers who find a traditional motorcycle uncomfortable, a trike offers an easy to ride alternative. Trikes are converted motorcycles that have three wheels instead of two.
The Juneau County Star Times features a profile of Charlie Anderson, a trike owner who rides a converted Harley-Davidson. A motorcycle rider since the age of 16, Anderson is now 78 and finds his trike allows him to continue riding across the country.
