Triumph Motorcycle sales hit 10,000 for 2006 in USA

Rubber Magazine reports that Triumph Motorcycle sold over 10,000 units in the United States in 2006.

This marks the first time that Triumph has sold over 10,000 in one year in the United States, and a big step since the Triumph brand returned to the US in the mid-90s.

The UK based manufacturer is the last British based brand of motorcycle still in business, and one of the oldest. Triumph was founded in 1901.

It seems like motorcycles are definitely becoming more and more common every year. However, motorcycles definitely provide a different and unique mode of transportation. It would be really fun to be able to ride on the back of a motorcycle. I think that my brother would really like to have a new motorcycle. I wonder how much they usually cost.
